Returns & Refunds Policy


Print On Demand Products
All products in our shop are printed on-demand and made specifically for you at the time of your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.


Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error we will make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A clear photo of the damage or defect
A brief description of the issue


We will either send a free replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.


Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send the correct item at no charge.


Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package cannot be located contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue.


Sizing Issues
We strongly recommend checking the size guide on each product listing before ordering. We do not offer refunds or replacements for incorrect size selections as all items are made to order. When in doubt size up.


Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before they enter production. After production begins cancellations are not possible. Contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to cancel.


Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
