By accessing or purchasing from gravelpeakco.com you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree please do not use our shop.

Who We Are
Gravelpeak Co. is a brand owned and operated by LanternRoot Studios LLC, a registered limited liability company based in Virginia, USA.

Products
All products are printed on-demand and made to order. Product colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor settings and print processes. We make every effort to accurately represent our products but slight variations are normal and not considered defects.

Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Orders
By placing an order you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
All information provided is accurate and complete
You are authorized to use the payment method provided

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If your order is cancelled you will receive a full refund.

Payment
Payment is processed securely through Big Cartel's payment system. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not store your payment information on our systems.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before entering production. After production begins cancellations are not possible. Contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to cancel.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery terms are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.

Returns & Refunds
Return and refund terms are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, logos, and content on gravelpeakco.com are the original work of Gravelpeak Co. and LanternRoot Studios LLC and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of our designs or content without express written permission.

User Conduct
You agree not to:

Use our shop for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Submit false or fraudulent orders
Harass or abuse our staff or other customers

Limitation of Liability
Gravelpeak Co. and LanternRoot Studios LLC are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our shop
Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control including carrier delays, natural disasters, or platform outages
Any loss exceeding the total value of your order
